Cancel my subscription
I've tried to cancel my subscription for 5 months. They just keep charging any credit card that I have on Google.
When I try to sign in, they say they can't find my email account. But they sure appended to charge me every month.
They say they don't have customer service so that you can talk to them. I believe they are a scam.

You need to list a phone number for direct communication, you also should ask if a renewal is wanted.

The worst customer service

Being charged and cant cancel subscription
I emailed these people over 3 times. They keep trying to charge my card for a subscription i dont have so i cant cancel even if i wanted to. Its a scam!!!

Yes I am still having the current problem, I have tried several different ways to contact epic and no one has tried to contact me back to help me at all. I have no idea how to stop being charged for this account that I cannot get into! I'm going to have to call my bank and have them cancel but my son cannot use epic and he really wants to!
